Prior to commencing construction, we collaborate closely with our clients on comprehensive project analysis, strategy, and feasibility. By engaging Accrete as a general contractor early in the process, clients benefit from our guidance, particularly in terms of constructibility, steering the project towards success.
Our team collaborates with engineers to identify systems and infrastructural details that need specific courses of action.
Step 01:
We start off by listening to the requirements of our clients and then consulting them over it. We research and plan on possible ways to achieve our goal.
Once planning is completed, the initial architecture design is brought up and discussed upon.
Step 02:
Step 2 is based on planning the timelines, budgets, material sourcing and permissions from the city.
Once granted all and sourcing is completed, the construction starts and we ensure everything stays on track and deadline.
Step 03:
The last phase is to decorate the interior of the construction with required amenities, luxuries and/or essential items.
Once done over with everything, our team of expert Quality Checkers visit the site and take out a final examination of every work done and approve or request touch-ups where needed.
